What is Unlearning?

After you’ve identified the triggers, input the new information and avoid using the old information. This implies that you must be aware of and deliberate about what you do and study.

5.         Make notes that how many times you use the new knowledge in a day

You must keep track of everything you do to be aware of yourself. Make a list of your everyday activities and see how much of them have been influenced by your new knowledge. This allows you to keep track of your unlearning progress.

6.         Go for advice

You can also ask for advice from an experienced person. It can be very helpful and easier in unlearning process. You can also take guidance in the unlearning process.
